鄂尔多斯火箭增雨监控指挥系统设计与实现

摘    要:为了提高火箭增雨作业科学性、合理性,有效发挥火箭联合作业、集团作业的优势,实现火箭增雨效益最大化,开发了基于GPS、GIS、GPRS,结合SQL Server数据库的鄂尔多斯火箭增雨监控指挥系统,实现对地面火箭增雨车辆等移动目标的准确定位、跟踪及控制、实时指挥作业。同时系统通过应用GPRS与Internet和数据库直接访问,实现了监控中心无硬件接收设备,解决了对火箭作业实时监控难和费用高的问题。另外系统实现了空域请求功能,有效地解决了空域请示难、时间短困难。

The Design and Realization of Monitoring and Command System for Rocket Rain Enhancement in Ordos

Abstract:To improve the scientific and rational rocket rain enhancement, show effectively the advantages of combined rockets and group operations, and maximize the benefit of the rocket rain enhancement, monitoring and command system for rocket rain enhancement based on GPS,GIS,GPRS and the database of SQL Server is de- veloped over Ordos, which can command operations real-timely by identifying, tracking and controlling the loca- tion of ground vehicles used for rocket rain enhancement. At the same time, the system can be accessed directly using GPRS, Internet and database in the case of no hardware to receive equipment at the control center, which makes the difficulty and high cost in real-time monitoring of rocket operation resolved, furthermore, which achieves the performance of airspace request to eliminate the difficulties in implementing airspace request and in a short time.
