鄂尔多斯火箭增雨监控指挥系统设计与实现

为了提高火箭增雨作业科学性、合理性,有效发挥火箭联合作业、集团作业的优势,实现火箭增雨效益最大化,开发了基于GPS、GIS、GPRS,结合SQL Server数据库的鄂尔多斯火箭增雨监控指挥系统,实现对地面火箭增雨车辆等移动目标的准确定位、跟踪及控制、实时指挥作业。同时系统通过应用GPRS与Internet和数据库直接访问,实现了监控中心无硬件接收设备,解决了对火箭作业实时监控难和费用高的问题。另外系统实现了空域请求功能,有效地解决了空域请示难、时间短困难。

The Design and Realization of Monitoring and Command System for Rocket Rain Enhancement in Ordos
