| Abstract: | Qingdao shall take the opportunity of the Olympic Games 2008 to comprehensively use its underground space for both peaceful and wartime conditions, and the underground space development plan should be worked out to effectively reduce the pressure on the surface resource and environment and to comprehensively improve the city quality of Qingdao. |
