摘    要:2021年8月26日甘肃省酒泉市阿克塞哈萨克族自治县(38.88°N, 95.50°E)发生5.5级地震,震源深度15 km,震中烈度为Ⅶ度,震区总面积为1 352 km2,距震中30 km处存在烈度异常点。本次地震震害较轻,未造成人员伤亡,经济损失较轻。本文从地震应急响应、现场震害调查、建筑物破坏情况调研、烈度评定、灾害损失评估等方面对本次地震震害特点进行分析总结,对造成震害的致灾因素进行深入分析,得出震害经验和相应的防震减灾启示,以便本地区查找防震减灾不利因素,进而采取属地化措施,尽可能减轻未来地震灾害损失。

Abstract:On August 26, 2021, an earthquake of magnitude 5.5 occurred in Akesai County, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province (38.88°N, 95.50°E), with a focal depth of 15km and the epicenter intensity is VII. The total area of the earthquake area was 1 352 km2, and there was an anomaly of intensity 30 km away from the epicenter. The earthquake caused less damage, no casualties and less economic losses. In this paper, the characteristics of earthquake damage are summarized from the aspects of earthquake emergency response, on-site earthquake damage investigation, building damage investigation, intensity assessment, disaster loss assessment, etc., and the disaster-causing factors are deeply analyzed. The experience of earthquake damage and the corresponding enlightenment of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction are obtained. These experiences and enlightenment will help to find out the unfavorable factors of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in this region, and then take localized measures to minimize future earthquake losses. At the same time, it also provides scientific basis and theoretical basis for government departments to prevent and resolve future major earthquake disasters, and provides reference for future field investigation and earthquake damage research of moderate and strong earthquakes, which has important social value.
