农村富余劳动力资本化及其转移中的教育培训作用研究

就我国农村富余劳动力转移现状及存在问题,结合国外发达国家转移的作法,从劳动力资源化和资本化的理论分析出发,分析了劳动力转移过程中的结构性矛盾.以此得出,加强教育培训,提高富余劳动力的劳动技能和素质是解决问题的关键.最后对我国农村富余劳动力转移中的教育和培训提出了对策和建议,即高度重视农村劳动力教育培训工作,建立农民职业技术教育培训体系,形成农民教育培训投入机制,强化农民专业技能培训的针对性.
