摘    要:小型移动平台硬件性能存在相对弱点,为提高电子海图矢量数据在此平台下的显示速率,增强用户体验,重点研究了矢量数据在符号化显示前的数据访问优化方法,包括利用嵌入式数据库Spatialite存储、管理与访问矢量数据;通过建立RTree空间索引、矢量要素裁剪对矢量数据进行两次筛选。通过系统矢量数据显示实验验证了该优化方法在移动平台上应用的可行性,另通过显示时间比对试验,验证了该优化方法对提高矢量数据显示速率具有一定促进作用。

Abstract:Because of the relative weakness of the small mobile platform in the hardware performance,this papermakes focus researches on data access optimization method for vector data before symbol display to improve thedisplaying rate of the ECS vector data and enhance the user experience.The methods include storing andmanaging the vector data in the Spatialite that is a kind of embedded database as well as establishing RTreespatial index in the vector and cutting the vector elements to conduct vector data screening twice.Finally thepaper realizes feasibility of the key technologies by the system experiment of vector data displaying based on theMobile platform.Through a comparison test of displaying time,it realizes the methods having a certain promotioneffect in improving the rate of data displaying.
