| 摘 要： | 以中原城市群与周边地区协调发展为重点,在对区域经济协调发展进行理论辨析的基础上,从整体经济效益和地区发展公平角度出发,提出河南省"适度差别化"的区域经济协调发展内涵.结合对河南省中心城市协调发展、产业关联发展以及与相邻省份地区合作发展等问题的分析,提出中原城市群和周边地区协调发展的途径,即建立城市群-城市圈-城市带的整体价值链条.同时,对区域协调发展的产业思路、空间组织、协调发展的机制和对策措施进行了探讨,为推动河南省区域经济可持续发展、制定区域协调发展政策提供依据.

| Abstract: | Emphasizing on the coordinated development of the central Henan urban agglomeration and its surrounding areas,this article discusses the connotation of the regional coordinated development.By analyzing the coordinated development of central cities and the related industries,the paper discusses the effective approach and mechanism of the regional coordinated development in Henan. It is aimed at providing scientific evidences to the sustainable development of Henan. |
