摘    要:
将雷达资料传输到人工增雨作业指挥系统,指挥中心可以根据作业云的方位、距离、云高、云厚及其移向移速等雷达观测信息和先前输入指挥系统的作业点位置,自动计算出作业方位、作业距离、作业仰角,有效的指挥增雨作业;通过雷达跟踪观测,雷达回波的动画显示,作业前后的回波强度比较,作业点与非作业点之间的比较,还可以科学检验人工增雨作业的效果。

Abstract:
The new generation of Doppler weather radar may provide the physical information of the raining cloud,such as the echo intensity of the raining cloud,the height of echo crest,the equivalent line echo crest,vertical liquid water content,radial velocity,center cyclone,storm tracing and so on.This paper conducts the analysis on these products that can easily show the cloud body spots for the artificial catalyzed work qualitatively and quantitatively on the weather modification for rain to determine the time and the methods.The radar data are transmitted to the control center of the weather modification for rain,then the control center automatically computes the work position,the work distance, the work elevation angle according to the radar observation information such as the work cloud position,the distance,the cloud height,the cloud thick and its moving direction and speed and so on as well as the work position of formerly inputs in the command system,to effectively control the weather modification work for rain.Furthermore,it may examine scientifically the effect of the weather modification work for rain through the radar tracking and observing,the radar echo animation demonstration,echo strength comparison before and after the work,comparison between work spot with non-work spot.
