Abstract:According to the study of temperal and spacial distribution and geochemistry of the deposit, the genesis of the deposit is discussed in this paper. The gold deposits are constrained by the Moho shape, the profound faults and the mass of mantle derived magamatic rock. The study of lead, sulfur, hydrogen and oxygen isotopic chemistry and REE geochemistry indicated that gold and sulfur came from plutonic fluid and crustal rocks and the water in ore forming fluid came from deep depth. The gold deposit is the product of reworking of crustal rock by plutonic fluid.
