地图测绘与中国疆域变迁

地图已成为反映制图者空间观,政治势力及其与外界环境关系的一种文化和意识上的人工制品。任何地图都不能脱离它所产生的背景而成为纯粹客观的表现物。从我国清代以来,地图测绘与中国疆域的变迁有着密不可分的关系。本分从三个方面做了详实地论述:统定疆域,即测版图,说明地图与版图的关系;列强欲掠我土,必先偷测舆图,或将我国地图偷寄国外;列举了中俄在伊犁和帕米尔边界谈判中的实例说明,熟悉边疆地理地图才能寸土必争,否则就丧权辱国。

The duty did from three aspects detailedly elaborated: The series decides the area, namely measures the domain, explains the map and the domain relations; The big powers want to plunder my earth, must first steal measures the map, or steals our country map outside the chart; The familiar border area geography map,in the boundary negotiations can the fight for each bit of land,otherwise loses dignity and has the country insulted.
