| Abstract: | Nowadays,the competition in the world colligation strength,being the competition in the talent,in order to realize the growing up of the middle of China,the technological person,especially the high-technology persons,plays the most important part.This article is for the top innovative persons' reality and the existent problems,the difference between our province and other provinces,such as Shandong and Guangdong province.Is there any shortage,especially in the training for capable persons The comparison and analyzing through the aspect of quantity and performed in chart and table.It is easy to find the spatial difference of Henan Province. |
