| 摘 要： | 土地资源持续利用是人类社会经济可持续发展的基础。红塔区面临着人多地少、耕地减少过速、土地利用率高、土地后备资源不足等严峻的现实。要实现红塔区土地资源的持续利用，必须采取控制人口增长、提高人口素质、加强土地资源管理、提高土地资源生产能力、优化土地利用结构以及改善生态环境等措施。

| Abstract: | The sustainable utilization of land resources is the base of the sustainable development of social economy. The land resource in Hongta district of Yuxi City are confronting severe problems, such as the large population with little lands, the rapid decreasing in the land resources, the high utilized rates, the shortage of reserved land resources and so on. Therefore, to realize the sustainable utilization of the land resources, measures must be taken to control the growth of population, enhance the quality of people, strengthen the management of land resources, increase its productivity, optimize its utilizable structure and improve its eco-environment. |
