| 摘 要： | 本文在“数字地球”的基础上对“数字城市”的基本概念进行了简单论述,总结提出了“数字城市”的研究目标和研究内容,并设计了“数字城市”总体框架模型,最后对“数字城市”的关键技术和实现策略进行了论述。
