| Abstract: | Firstly, this
paper briefly discusses upon significations and tasks of cartology which is regarded as
science and technology in information era. And then, based on the transition of cartologys emphasis, the expansion and
extention of cartologys function, the new develop-points of cartology and the automatization of
cartography, characteristics of cartology in information era are analyzed. |
