丹东边境旅游产品创新与联合开发——基于行动者-网络理论观点

基于行动者-网络理论（ANT）提出了边境旅游的行动者-网络体系，由入境元素、景观元素、区位元素、营销元素等异质性元素构成的边境旅游行动者-网络在转译过程中，必须通过“强制通行点”：简化入出境手续，构建区域合作机制，各行动主体通过相互作用就能达到旅游产品创新的目的。实施边境旅游集散地开发项目，开发建设中朝边境“自由旅游区”。联合开发“鸭绿江国际旅游廊道”，提升边境旅游产品创新层次，促进网络中各种行动主体的联动与互动。促进边境地区“人与环境”和谐共生．

Border Tourism Innovation:From Actor-Network Perspective

Based on the actor-network theory （ANT） ,this article introduces the actor network systems of border tourism. Borders are commonly regarded as barriers or constraints, even in the context of tourism. Many people arrive at the border, pass through customs and immigration, and continue hastily on their way. The focus of the development of ANT was to study the heterogeneous character of technology and scientific knowledge. In this article, ANT is seen as a powerful methodology to study the border tourism between in China and Democratic People＇s Republic of Korea （DPRK）. As the first city to develop border tourism in China, Dandong has the strength of tour to DPRK, because it is adjacent to DPRK. The tour to DPRK is affected by various factors of Korean peninsula, so it has a great unsteady weakness. The purpose of this paper is to encourage projects which develop tourism activities and broaden the tourism season, including a discussion on the role of international borders themselves and innovative ways of addressing specific crossborder problems and their associated environments as tourist attractions.
