摘    要:人类活动对生态系统的影响和改变已达到前所未有的程度,如何量化人类活动对生态系统的影响成为了生态学和地理学研究中的热点问题。净初级生产力的人类占用(HANPP)是量化人类活动对生态系统能量流的影响程度的指标。目前HANPP研究开始从理论和方法的讨论及案例研究,转向作为指标应用到生态学和地理学研究的诸多领域,其重要性日益凸显。因此,论文详细介绍了HANPP的概念和估算方法;综述了其主要研究进展;讨论了HANPP的优劣及其适用范围,并着重展望了其与生态系统结构、功能、服务、生物多样性、可持续发展和人类福祉等方面有关的未来具体研究方向和科学问题,以及如何运用其探讨人类活动对生态系统的影响机制。期望启发更多与HANPP有关的研究,推动人类活动对生态系统的影响研究向定量化、系统化及多学科交叉的方向发展。

Abstract:Human activities are unprecedentedly transforming the ecosystems of planet Earth, and quantifying the impacts of human activities on ecosystems therefore becomes increasingly important in ecological and geographical research. Human appropriation of net primary production (HANPP) is an indicator to quantify the extent of human activities impacting on the energy flows of ecosystems. The research of HANPP is developing, from the discussion on theories and methodology and case studies, toward the application of HANPP as an indicator in many research fields of ecology and geography. This review introduced the definition and estimating methods of HANPP; reviewed the previous works; then discussed the advantages and limitations, especially future issues and applications of HANPP concerning ecosystem structures, functions, services, biodiversity, sustainability, human well-being, and the mechanism of human activities impacting on ecosystems. We hope that this review will inspire more HANPP research and promote the quantification, systematization, and interdisciplinarity development of the human-environment relationship research.
