| 摘 要： | 边界谈判划界是一个蕊要而义复杂的问题，本文结合谈判划界业务的内容、流程和决策数据流分析，探讨了在GIS空间技术支持下谈判划界决策支持体系及其主要内容，并结合系统开发给出了划界决策支持系统的框架，为划界决策系统应用开发提供了理论支撑。

| Abstract: | Negotiation and delimitation of national boundaries is an important and complicated problem. On the analysis of the content, decision-making process, data flow analysis of the negotiation and delimitation of boundaries, this paper discussed the decision support system and its major content of the negotiation and delimitation of boundaries based on GIS space technology. And the delimitation decision support system framework was also provided. All these provided the theorclical support for the application development of the demarcation decision-making system. |
