凝花菜提取琼胶的研究

摘    要:凝花菜(Gelidiella acerosa(Forssk)Felam et Haml)是一种热带、亚热带性海藻;隶属于红藻门(Rhodophyta)红藻纲(Rhodophyceae)真红藻亚纲(Florideae)石花菜目(Gelidiales)凝花菜科(Gelidiellaceae)。在我国主要产于海南岛沿海、台湾省南部及湛江等地。


STUDIES ON GELIDIELLA ACEROSA AGAR REFINEMENT
Abstract:This is the first time in using Gelidiella acerosa as the main material for the agar industry in China. Gelidiella acerosa is abundant in colloid, up to 40%. The crucial point in raising its output is acid treatment. In neutral water, the ratio of acid is 0.5-0.8%ml/ kg. The ratio of dry to wet Gelidiella acerosa is 1 : 3.5. The water used to made up the acid solution is 20 times that of the dry material, while that used to extract agar is 35-40 times that of the dry material.
