四川省红原县大骨节病区水化学特征与致病因子初探

摘    要:通过采集我国大骨节病重病区四川省红原县病区作为饮用水源的地表水和地下水样37件,并测试其水化学成分.结果表明:病区饮用水水化学特征以低矿化度的重碳酸钙型水为主,其补给来源主要为冰雪融水和大气降水.病区饮用水化学组分中Se、Zn元素呈现富集特征,Sr、Ba、F元素处于贫乏状态.利用SPSS软件分析发现饮用不同水源间患病率有显著差异,饮用地表水较地下水更容易患病,并结合因子分析方法进一步解释了大骨节发病机理与饮用水中Ca、SO4、Sr、F4种元素的质量浓度密切相关,水中这4种元素组分的质量浓度越低,大骨节的患病率就越高.

Abstract:Kaschin-Beck disease(KBD)is a local endemic osteoarthritis disease.Hongyuan County is one of the serious KBD area in China.A total of 37 groundwater and surface water samples were collected in September 2009.The water quality data in this research include major cations,anions,and trace elements.The results indicate that hydrochemical types of disease areas are mainly low degree of mineralization and HCO3-Ca and the water source is melt water and rainfall.The enrichment presented by Se and Zn while Sr,Ba,F existed in indigence is the the typical characteristic of the drinking-water.There were significant differences among prevalence rates of KBD by drinking different water sources with SPSS software.People drinking the surface water there are more likely to become KBD victims.According to factor analysis method and hydrogeological conditions of the study area,KBD prevalence in the study area has close relationship with Ca,SO4,Sr,F elements in drinking water.Lack of these four elements leads to prevalence of KBD increase.
