生态城市建设的基本架构与转型途径——以广东省佛山市为例

生态城市是科学内涵十分丰富,具有和谐性、高效性和持续性特征的城市发展新模式。生态城市建设的基本架构包括生态景观、生态安全、生态产业、生态文化等,四者分别是生态城市建设的环境基础、安全保障、经济命脉和发展的灵魂。地处珠江三角洲腹地的佛山市以建设生态城市基本架构为途径,构筑生态友好的城市空间体系,建立生态化产业园区,整合生态建设与文化建设,促进城市的生态转型,成效显著。

Basic Frame for Eco-transformation of the City: A Case Study of Foshan

As a new mode of city development,eco-city has profound scientific connotation which is characterized by harmonization,high efficiency and sustainability.The basic framework of eco-city includes eco-landscape,eco-safety,eco-industry and eco-culture,and they are respectively the environmental foundation,safe guarantee,economic lifeline and developmental soul of the city.Eco-transformation is the only way to construct an eco-city.Foshan City,located in the central part of the Pearl River Delta,has tried to establish a spatial system for environmentally friendly city with the basic eco-city frame,where the eco-industry parks are set up,the ecological and cultural constructions are integrated,thus the eco-transformation of the city is promoted.Good results have been achieved.
