摘    要:3维激光扫描技术采用非接触主动测量方式直接获取高精度3维数据,是一种新型空间数据获取手段和工具。能够对任意物体进行扫描,且没有白天和黑夜的限制,快速将现实世界的信息转换成可以处理的数据。具有扫描速度快、实时性强、精度高、主动性强、全数字特征等特点,可以极大地降低成本,节约时间,方便使用。本文简单介绍了3维激光扫描原理和数据处理过程,以及在测量方面的应用现状。

Abstract:3D laser scanning technique,which uses non-contact measurement method to directly obtain high precision 3D data,is a new type of spatial data access methods and tools.It can scan any object at any time of the day and convert the actual world information into data that can be processed.It is completely digital,fast in scanning speed,strong in real-time processing,high in accuracy and strong in initiative,saves the cost and time greatly,and can be applied conveniently.This paper briefly introduces the 3Dlaser scanning principle and data processing procedure,and the present situation of the application thereof in surveying.
