云南省旅游资源开发的SWOT分析及对策研究

旅游资源是旅游业发展的基础，旅游资源开发在一定区域存在一定的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战，优势和劣势、机遇和挑战之间存在相互转化的互动关系。在区域旅游资源开发中科学分析资源开发中的SWOT因素，制定适宜的开发战略，可以变劣势为优势，以机遇迎接挑战，从而实现资源持续开发。用SWOT分析方法对云南旅游资源开发的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了具体的分析，面对异常激烈的竞争市场，云南省应立足资源和市场，加大力度，以生态旅游为特色，全方位、深层次的开发，实现旅游业的可持续发展，从而把云南省打造成旅游大省和强省。

THE STUDY OF SWOT ANALYSIS AND COUNTERMEASURES ON DEVELOPING TOURISM RESOURCES IN YUNNAN PROVINCE

The base of tourism is tourism resources. In the course of developing regional tourism resources,there are certain strength,weakness,opportunity and threat,which can be exchanged each other. To analyse SWOT factors scientifically and suit measures to local conditions serve to change disadvantages into advantages and challenges into opportunities,thus a sustainable development of resources is obtained. The paper analyses SWOT in Yunnan Province and realizes that Yunnan should establish itself both in resources and market. With the characteristic of ecotourism,Yunnan should go into overdrive and develop from all directions and depth. Only by this way can Yunnan achieve the sustainable development of tourism and turn itself into a powerful and big tourism province.
