| 摘 要： | 从公益性制图的职能定位和基本特性出发，分析了当前我国公益性地图应需保障服务存在的问题，提出了应当建立公益性应需高效制图的技术体系和技术标准，指出了今后公益性应需高效制图急需解决的关键技术和研究方向。

| Abstract: | Based on the functional duties and the basic characteristics of the public welfare map, the problems in the on-demand mapping in China are analyzed, the technical system and standards of public welfare maps should be established are put forward, and the key technologies and research directions for public welfare on-demand mapping in the future are pointed out. |
