摘    要:
为提高吉林白城地区的吉洮地1井、吉白地1井两口油气地质调查井钻探生产效率,在覆盖地层钻井中应用绳索取心技术。基于所钻地层岩性特征,结合提钻取心与绳索取心工艺特点,通过设计钻头、钻井冲洗液,改进钻进规程参数与钻具水口流经通道,在覆盖地层(厚约1 100 m)钻井中成功应用绳索取心钻进方法。相比传统单管/双管提钻取心方法,钻进效率与岩心采取率提高两倍以上,提大钻周期提升至2 d以上,大大降低了劳动强度,节约工期近30 d。详细介绍了白城地区覆盖地层钻井中应用绳索取心技术的改进方法与施工经验,对今后在覆盖地层钻井中推广应用绳索取心技术具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:
In order to improve the drilling efficiency of two oil and gas geological survey wells "Jitaodi 1" and "Ji Bai Di 1" in Baicheng area of Jilin Province, wireline coring technique was applied in overburden drilling. Based on the lithological characteristics of the drilled strata, combined with the technological characteristics of core extraction by lifting the drill pipe and wireline core extraction, by designing the bit, drilling flushing fluid and by improving drilling procedure parameters, drilling tool nozzle flow channel, the wireline coring drilling method has been successfully applied in drilling overburden strata(about 1 100 m thick). Compare with the traditional coring method of lifting single/double tube, drilling efficiency and core recovery of wireline coring increased by more than two times, the lifting drill pipe cycle raised to more than 2 days, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, the construction period is saved by nearly 30 days. This paper introduces in detail the improved method and construction experience of wireline coring technique in overburden drilling in Baicheng area, it has certain reference significance for the popularization and application of wireline coring technique in overburden drilling in the future.
