| 摘 要： | 提出了基于GIS的市级国土资源电子政务建设的三阶段论和基于元操作的权限控制思路,并结合徐州市建设国土资源电子政务的实践,对国土资源电子政务的建设内容进行了介绍,对GIS在国土资源电子政务中的应用模式进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes a three-stage theory of GIS based grass-roots e-administration of land and resources,and a meta-operation based method of authority control.Through analyzing the practices of establishing land and resources e-administration of Xuzhou municipality,this paper introduces the contents of establishing land and resources e-administration and defines the GIS application model in land and resources e-administration. |
