| 摘 要： | 从海岸湿地现状分析入手,分析了海洋生态环境下降、海岸湿地面积减少、生态系统退化等多方面的原因,介绍了我国海岸湿地生态补偿机制的法律依据,并结合上海市金山区的现状,提出海岸湿地生态补偿机制的实施途径和相关建议。

Current Status of Coastal Wetlands in Jinshan District of Shanghai City and Ecological Compensation Mechanism |

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of present situation of coastal wetlands, causes for oceanic environment deterioration, declining area of coastal wetlands and ecosystem degradation were identified. Meanwhile, legal basis for ecological compensation for coastal wetland was described. Considering the realistic situation in Jinshan District of Shanghai City, suggestions for implementation of ecological compensation for coastal wetland were provided. |
