基于WebGIS的城市土地集约评价系统研究

目前,城市土地集约利用系统方面的研究较少,且多采用C/S架构、数据人工录入以及固定指标体系的方式进行评价。本文采用数据动态提取技术,通过对城镇地籍数据库的监听,动态提取评价指标中的土地类数据;采用空间离散化技术,将社会经济类数据进行全域覆盖,形成动态的、全覆盖的集约评价数据库,并在此基础上,实现了宏观、中观、微观三种尺度的集约评价,开发成都市城市土地集约评价系统。

Research on City Land Intensive Evaluation System Based on WebGIS

At present, the system research is less intensive use of urban land , using C/S architecture, data evaluation manual entryand fixed index system.In the study, using the data of dynamic extraction technology , through to the urban cadastral database monitoring,dynamic extraction of land data in the evaluation ; using spatial discretization techniques for global coverage will be social eco -nomic data, the formation of dynamic and intensive evaluation of full coverage of the database , and on this basis, realize the intensiveevaluation the macro, meson and micro three scale, development evaluation system of intensive land in Chengdu city .
