| 摘 要： | 随着手持设备的广泛普及、通信技术的高速发展,社交媒体在突发事件中发挥着重要作用。当突发事件发生时,社交媒体数据不断产生,并携带大量的应急信息,其中包括不同的应急主题、时空分布等信息。本文设计并实现了基于社交媒体的突发事件应急信息系统,重点介绍基于社交媒体的应急信息挖掘技术,以及系统实现的功能。

| Abstract: | With the widespread popularity of communications equipment and the rapid development of information technology , social media play a more important role in emergency response .When a sudden event occurs , social media start producing data , which carry amounts of emergency information , including emergency themes , temporal trend and spatial distribution .In order to mine the emer-gency information in social media , this paper has designed and implemented emergency information system in sudden events .Then key technologies about mining of emergency information in social media , as well functions of the system , will be highlighted . |
