中国食物问题及其对策初探

摘    要:经过十年改革,我国的食物生产有了明显增长,人民的营养水平得到较大提高。但是人均占有土地继续减少和人民消费需求不断增长的趋势,使我国的食物供应面临严峻的挑战。本文从确立适合国情的食物消费结构、扩大食物生产的途径以及合理组织食物贸易三个方面探讨了应该采取的主要对策。

Abstract:The food supply in China has been obviously improved during the last 10 years with the development of agricultural production and whole national economy. Nowadays, the nourishment of chinese people become better than that of mean level of world deve-loping countries. On the other hand, China is and will be confronted With serious difficulties in feeding its enormous and growing population because of scarce agricultural land resources and rising food consumption needs. As the countermeasures, it is necessary to establish a suitable food consumption structure in accordance with the national conditions; to increase food production by overall exploiting various food resources and raising agricultural imput, intensifying agricultural land use, regulating farming structure, improving productivity of domestic animals; to adjust food trade by reducing"protein export", changing import structure of cereals andcontrolling non-essential food import.
