| 摘 要： | 本文以松原市国土资源局"以国土资源电子政务建设省级试点项目"为实例,分析了项目的总体目标和设计,详细地阐述了所采用的关键技术,具体地论述了数据中心和三大平台的建设,概述了项目建设的保障措施,并就今后的工作重点作了进一步的说明。

| Abstract: | Taking the"Provincial Pilot Project of Constructing Land and Resource E-Administration"implemented by Songyuan Municipal Land and Resources Bureau as an example,this paper analyzes the overall objective and design of the pilot project and introduces in detail the key techniques adopted.The construction of the data center and"three platforms"is concretely discussed;the measures guaranteeing the construction are summarized;and the main works in the future are specified in this paper. |
