摘    要:Using X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and an electron-probe microanalyser (EPMA), this research found that the main independent mineral of titanium (Ti) in the kaoline of Songyi is anatase. The granularity of anatase is from 0.5 um to 1.5 um, and some exceed 10 um. This research provides important scientific evidence for the exploitation of the coal-measure kaoline in the Sooth China.
