| 摘 要： | 在研究枯草、生尘芽孢杆菌代谢特性的基础上，考察了两种细菌在不同培养基中的过量摄磷、溶磷行为。进行了高磷贫碳酸锰矿石微生物脱磷的初步研究。结果表明：生尘芽孢杆菌较枯草芽孢杆菌有更强的摄磷、溶磷作用；以生尘芽孢杆菌为菌种进行高磷贫碳酸锰矿石的脱磷更为有效。

| Abstract: | The uptake and dissolving of phosphorus by Bacillus subtilus and Bacillus pulvifaciens in different media is studied, based on the research of metabolic properties of the bacteria. It is revealed through primary studies on the dephosphorization of the phosphorus-rich rhodochrosite by these two cultures that the bacillus pulvifaciens demonstrated higher efficievey than bacillus subtilus in phosphorus uptake and dissolution, as well as phosphorus removal from the phosphorus-rich rhodochrosite. |
