| 摘 要： | 通过对信息平台概念的介绍,结合三江源区信息化管理的实际需求,从工程组织实施、信息化平台建设及系统应用3个方面进行了较深入的分析,为"三江源区信息化平台建设"提出了可行性建议,并指出在信息化平台建设中应注意的问题。本文的研究,将对"三江源信息化平台建设"具有一定的指导和借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Through introducing the concept of the informationization platform and combining the real requirement for informationization management of Three-River Source Area,the paper deeply analyses the organization and realization of the project,building the platform and application of the system,at the sane time puts forth a feasibility advise including several issues that shall be paid attention in the building process.The researches may have certain guidance and be used as a reference. |
