中国中部地区省会城市竞争力评价研究

为了促进“中部崛起”,根据城市竞争力有关理论,构建7个层次37个分项的指标体系,运用主成分分析法分别从经济竞争力、结构竞争力、社会竞争力、人才竞争力、基础设施竞争力、开放竞争力和环境竞争力7个方面讨论6个省会城市的各分项竞争力和综合竞争力,做出分析、比较和分类。根据得分,武汉城市竞争力水平最高,郑州、长沙、合肥划为第二层次城市,太原和南昌城市竞争力最弱,划为第三层次城市。最后提出提升中部地区省会城市竞争力的若干建议。

STUDY ON URBAN COMPETITIVENESS OF PROVINCIAL CAPITALS IN MIDDLE CHINA

In order to promoting the rising of the Middle china, according to urban competitiveness theory , using principal factor analysis, desiring 37 indicators covering economic , infrastructure, society, science and technology , structural, openness and environment competitiveness ,it firstly evaluated 6 central provincial capitals, it then analyzed competitive capacities of all cities and classified them into 3 types. It came to the conclusions： The competitiveness of wuhan city was the highest in all the cities, zhengzhou city, changsha city and hefei city were classified as second level , the competitiveness of was the lowest in all the cities, taiyuan city and nanchang city were classified as third level. Several proposals in raising urban competitive capacities in central provincial capitals had been put forward in the end.
