辽东地区国情监测套合整景正射影像更新变化图斑

主要针对2018年辽宁省地理国情监测项目影像数据源的获取及全色整景影像制作过程作以明确概述,实例验证整景纠正影像适用监测任务区内新增或已变化图斑要素进行内业解析判读与外业调查以及带来的直观性与便捷性。将整景影像用于国情图斑变化核查,极大程度上确保地表覆盖和国情要素成果在时间精度、逻辑一致性、位置精度、属性精度、表征质量等方面均符合国情监测阶段的技术指标要求。

Updating Changed Map Patches for Area Geographic National Conditions Monitoring Data by Using Satellite Orthophoto

In this paper,the acquisition of image data sources and the panchromatic image production process of Liaoning provincial national geographic conditions monitoring project in 2018 were clearly summarized.Experiments showed that the rectified panoramic image was applicable to the newly added or changed image patch elements in the monitoring task area for the indoor interpretation and field investigation with the intuitiveness and convenience.The national conditions changed map patch verification based on panoramic image ensures the land cover and national conditions element results in line with the technical index requirements of the national conditions monitoring stage,in terms of time accuracy,logical consistency,location accuracy,attribute accuracy,characterization,quality,and other aspects to a great extent.
