摘    要:转炉溅渣护炉技术对提高转炉炉龄成绩显著。如宝钢300吨转炉炉龄已超过14001炉,武钢80吨复吹转炉炉龄已达到11000炉以上,均为溅渣前的三四倍。该技术是将出钢后残留的钢渣经调整成分后,以高压氮气喷吹,使渣滴飞溅到炉衬上,形成涂敷于炉壁上的溅渣层以保护炉衬延长其寿命。本工作的目的是通过试验室试验,研究溅渣层蚀损机理,为企业开展和推广此项技术提供可靠的工艺参数。1 影响溅渣层抗蚀损能力的因素为了能经受冶炼过程中各个不同时期钢渣的熔蚀以保护炉衬,溅渣层必须具备一定的耐火性和强固性。研究认为,溅渣层…

Abstract:The erosion of splashed slag layer was studied by mesns of a method of eroding sample in slag.The results show that the erosion of splashed slag layer is very light in early slag and severe in final slag by melting mechanism.The factors affecting erosion of the layer are FeO x , R (CaO/SiO 2) as well as MgO in slag.The most important factor is the content of FeO x .The solid/liquid ratio,the solidus temperature of RO phase can be increased and C 2F content in slag can be decreased by adjusting FeO x , R and MgO for decreased of layer erosion.
