| Abstract: | Petroleum particulates were found in 117 of 220 neuston samples collected in the Norwegian Coastal Current during March–August 1975, at an average concentration of 0.11 mg/m2. Highest concentrations were observed in the Skagerrak and Barents Sea. Lower densities occurred along the northwest Norwegian coast and in the North Sea. |
