| 摘 要： | 在工业设备安装定位工作中,直接应用全站仪放样功能一般较难满足其精度要求,而通常需要对放样点位进行多次精密测量和归化调整。为快速准确地计算归化改正量,提高工作效率,本文以某玻璃切割设备机组安装测量的工程实践为背景,探讨了一种全站仪与Excel相结合的工作模式,能够实时指导放样工作的顺利进行。实践表明该模式简便易行、实时性好、工作效率高。

| Abstract: | During some equipment installation and location work,accuracy requirement often can′t be met if directly applying layout programme of total station.So,precise measurement and corrected adjustment of setting-out points are often carried out for many times.In order to quickly and accurately calculate adjusted value and improve work efficiency,based on a glass cutting machine equipment installation engineering practice,a new working pattern of total station combined with Excel was studied in the paper,which could provide real-time guide for smooth layout.The practice showed that the pattern was simple,real-time and efficient. |
