| 摘 要： | 土地利用总体规划是一项复杂的系统工程，现代技术的支持为规划工作的开展提供了便利。文章说明了现代技术体系的特征，结合实例阐述了遥感技术、全球定位系统技术、地理信息系统技术、网络技术在土地利用总体规划实施中的应用状况，并借鉴美国土地资源网络公示模式，提出了土地利用总体规划成果网络公示构想。
