With the rapid development of provincial meteorological operational , particularly the construction of the 9210 project , the information productions have increased enormously . Meanwhile the exchanges between the meteorological information networks and social public networks as well as other networks are be coming more and more frequently . Service objects and forms are taking place sub stantial changes while multimedia is gradually extending into meteorological rea lm . So the development of Xinjiang Provincial Meteorological Information Networ ks (XPMIN) must keep up with the step of the growing of our meteorological work .
