灾害天气研究进展

2011年，灾害天气国家重点实验室积极推进实验室改革发展，编写完成“灾害天气国家重点实验室深化改革方案”并上报中国气象局。在灾害天气遥感监测、数值模式研发、灾害天气结构和机理研究等基础研究领域开展了大量工作，取得了预期的进展。积极推进第3次青藏高原大气科学试验，加强实验室业务系统数据支持平台和青藏高原、暴雨观测外场试验基地建设，雷达监测等方面的成果进一步得到推广和应用。

Advances in the Research of Severe Weather

Compiling and completing ＂The Scheme for Further Reforming the State Key Laboratory of Severe Weather＂, the State Key Laboratory of Severe Weather （LaSW hereafter） actively promoted reform and development of the laboratory （Lab hereafter） in 2011. A great deal of work has been done and expected advances have been made in this year in the fields of basic researches such as remote sensing of disastrous weather, development of numerical models, and studies of the dynamic and thermodynamic structures of severe weather and their mechanisms. At the same time, the Third Atmospheric Science Experiment of the Tibetan Plateau has achieved positive progress.
