绳钻工艺在平朔东露天矿田勘探中的应用

平朔东露天煤田面积46km^2，该区采用绳索取心金刚石钻进工艺施工，设计钻孔深度为160-375m，经计算及试验确定钻压10～14kN，泵量96和85L／min，转速250～600r／min，冲洗液类型为不分散低固相泥浆。根据该区裂隙性漏失特点，采用胶体堵漏、水泥堵漏等方法，进行护壁堵漏，效果明显。该区绳索取心共完成钻孔22个，总进尺4767．9m。取心率达到97％。

Application of Wire-line Coring in Pingshuo Eastern Surface Minefield Exploration

The Pingshuo eastern surface minefield has an area of 46km^2, wire-line coring diamond drilling technology has used in the minefield. Designed drilling depth 160-375m, after estimating and testing, parameters of 10-14KN bit pressure, 96 and 85 1/min pumping rate, 250-600r/min rotary speed were adopted, flush fluid used is non-dispersed low solid mud. Aimed at fissured zone of loss, colloid and cementing leak stopping were used and obtained obvious effect. 22 boreholes, total 4767.9m wire-line coring drilling have fulfilled, recovery of core 97%.
