| 摘 要： | 在新农村建设中,需要利用现代计算机技术与三维地理信息技术,通过建立乡村三维数字模型,把乡村地形地貌、自然资源和各种人工构筑物进行数字化,以三维虚拟形式进行表现。在三维空间框架中集成空间分析与空间操作,叠加乡村多媒体信息,实现电子政务与三维地理信息系统的结合。讨论了数字乡村建设的体系结构,介绍了SkylineGlobe软件体系。并以云南省安宁市云康村为例,介绍数字乡村工程的建设情况。
