台湾地区建筑物测绘与登记信息系统

摘    要:台湾地区建筑物产权登记前需先进行建筑物测绘,建筑物测绘包括建筑物第一次测绘和建筑物复测。建筑物测绘一般由建筑物所有权人或管理人向建筑物所在地地政事务所申请办理。地政事务所负责实施辖区内建筑物测绘工作和后续的建筑物产权登记工作。台湾地区不动产登记已经实现电子化,其不动产登记信息系统建设值得大陆借鉴学习。

Abstract:In Taiwan region,prior to the registration of building property rights,it is required to conduct building surveying,which includes initiative surveying and check measuring.Generally this practice is launched by the building owner or administrator via application at the local land office.The land office is responsible for implementing building surveying as well as the registration of building property rights afterwards.The computer has been used to property registration in Taiwan and its building-up of the information system of the property registration could be used as reference by the Chinese Mainland.
