Abstract:Based on electrical property variation of rocks and apparent resistivity vs temperature relation of geothermal field composite electrical prospecting techniques applied in Tanggangzi geothermal field has led to the discovery of new geothermal resources. It is proved that composite electrical prospecting is resultful in geothermal prospecting by summing up and analyzing the electrical property contrast between different rocks and the connection between apparent resistivity and temperature in the geothermal area.
