农户在防震抗震方面的行为研究

我国农民大多未受过地震灾害的袭击,缺乏居安思危的意识,政府在抗震技术和房屋抗震设防方面缺少监管,农户受资金、抗震设防知识等因素的制约,在建房时不进行正规设计,在建筑材料的选择上采用比较廉价的不合格的材料,在施工时不注重建筑质量,而把大量的资金用于装修上,从而导致农村居民建筑的"小震级,大震害"的现象层出不穷。
