四川省暴雨洪涝灾害损失时空演变特征分析

以1985~2009年灾情普查数据库为基础,使用统计和morlet小波分析方法,探讨四川省暴雨洪涝损失时空分布特征,结果表明四川暴雨洪涝损失基本变化趋势呈线性增加;暴雨洪涝直接经济损失占GDP比例以及农作物成灾面积具有8a左右的年际变化和13~14a的年代际变化特征;盆东北的达州、巴中以及盆西南的雅安和眉山的暴雨洪涝灾情较重,川西高原的甘孜、阿坝以及盆南的泸州、以及盆北的广元等市暴雨灾情较轻。 

Characteristics of Spatial and Temporal Distribution of Losses caused by Flood Damage

Based on the losses database from 1985 to 2009 with the statistical and morlet wavelet methods,the temporal and spatial distribution of losses caused by flood in Sichuan is studied in this paper.The results show that the losses caused by flood is linear increased year by year.The direct losses caused by flood in the proportion of GDP and losed crops show a fluctuate as 8a and 13~14a cycle.Flood disaster tends to be more severe in the northeastern and southeastern Sichuan basin and less severe in the northwestern Sichuan plateau as well as luzhou and guang'an.
