摘    要:应用甘肃临夏州1955—2004年的常规气候资料,从地形、地貌、气候、环流特征等方面综合入手,全面系统地分析了临夏州大风沙尘的天气过程,气候学成因,在此基础上,探索新的预报思路和方法,建立了临夏州春季(3—5月)大风沙尘天气短期实时预报系统。该系统优于常规预报工具,为了有效保护临夏大气环境,减轻当地人民生命财产损失,提供了较为科学的预报依据。

Abstract:Based on the conventional climatic data from 1955 to 2004 of the Linxia state in Gansu province, the gale sand-dust weather process and their climatological causes were comprehensively analyzed from aspects of terrain, landform, climate, and circulation characteristics. On this condition, the authors try to find new forecast thoughtway, and have established the short-term but real-time forecast system for spring gale sand-dust weather in Linxia. This system surpasses the conventional forecast tool, which can provide more scientific forecast basis for effectively protecting the atmospheric environment and reducing the loss of local people life and property in weather disasters.
