| 摘 要： | 本文在阐述了高技术产业的划分和基本特点基础上 ;重点分析了我国高技术产业发展中存在的主要问题 ;最后提出发展我国高技术产业的五项对策 :1追求高技术产业的范围效益 ,2通过税收等金融政策引导高技术产业调整 ,3发展高技术产业的三螺旋模式 ,4投资多元化 ,5完善风险投资机制。

| Abstract: | On the base of expounding divides and fundamental characteristics of high technology industry, the paper analyses emphatically the main problems that remains in the development of high technology industry in China. Finally the paper puts forward five countermeasures about developing high technology industry in China: Firstly seek field results of high technology industry; Secondly guide the adjustment of high technology industry by economic policies such as tax revenue; Thirdly develop three spiral module of high technology industry; Fourthly multi channel invest; Fifthly perfect the mechanism of risk invest. |
