开封市农业结构调整研究

面临中国即将加入世界贸易组织带来的机遇和挑战,农业结构的调整至关重要。文章以开封市为例,回顾了“九五”期间农业结构的变化,指出了当前农业结构中仍存在粮食作物所上占比重大且效益低、农业产业化服务体系和市场信息体系建设滞后、资金投入不足和农民整体科技素质不高等问题,提出了“十五”期间农业结构调整的思路、任务和措施。

Regulations of Agricultural Structure in Kaifeng City

China is nearing a member of WTO, and will be confronted with new opportunities and harder gauntlet, regulations of agricultural structure is very important. This paper gives an example of Kaifeng city to review the changes of agricultural structure during the 9th Five-year Plan, points out the problems of agricultural structure, including the proportion of grain crops in the planting areas as a whole is too high, agricultural service system and market information system is backward, inadequate fund, the scientific and technological consciousness of peasant as a whole is weak. In addition, the train of thought, the task and measure of regulations of agricultural structure during the 10th Five-year Plan are also discussed.
