| 摘 要： | 本文分析了我国中小型物流企业存在的问题和信息化建设的特点,重点论述了GIS体系架构的物流信息管理系统的总体框架(包括物流管理信息子系统、物流监控子系统、物流网站、数据交换平台等4个部分)和总体功能,特别是对大数据量访问的瓶颈问题进行了探讨。对系统实现过程中的实时车辆调度和物流配送中心选址等关键技术和算法,以及基于UML建模语言的系统可视化业务进行了分析和设计。通过南京某中型物流企业管理信息系统的研发,辅助物流企业业务流程的改造,优化物流链,实现了中小型物流企业的信息化成本最低,提高企业工作效率和管理水平。
